Once you find a ground you like, fill in the booking request form with your full name, phone number, email, preferred date, time slot, number of players, and any equipment you need to rent. You can also add special instructions or questions for our team. Submitting a request is completely free — no payment is taken at this stage.

We Verify & Confirm

After you submit, our team contacts the ground owner directly, verifies that your requested date and time slot is available, and confirms the exact pricing. We then call or message you to share the confirmed details. You only pay after everything is verified and you agree to the final price — no surprises, no failed bookings.

Show Up & Play!

On your confirmed date, arrive at the ground at the scheduled time. If you rented equipment, collect it on-site from our equipment partner. After your session, simply return the rented gear and leave. Our team will follow up to ensure everything went smoothly.

Equipment rental is currently available as an add-on to your ground booking request. Here is the step-by-step process:

Step 1: When you submit a ground booking request (on any ground's detail page), select the equipment you need from the dropdown menu or describe your requirements in the notes field.

Step 2: Our team will check equipment availability for your selected date and time, and include the equipment rental charges in the total price confirmation.

Step 3: On the day of your booking, the equipment will be available for pickup at the ground itself. Our equipment partner or the ground staff will hand it over to you at the start of your session.

Step 4: After your session ends, return all rented equipment to the same person/location at the ground. Our team will confirm the return.

Important: Equipment rental is only available alongside a ground booking at this time. Standalone equipment rental (without a ground booking) is not yet available but is planned for a future update.

This verification typically happens within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST), or within 24 hours if submitted outside business hours.

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all forms and communications.
  • Comply with all ground rules and policies set by the ground owner at the booked facility.
  • Treat the ground, facilities, rented equipment, and other property with reasonable care.
  • Arrive at the ground at the booked time and vacate within the booked slot duration.
  • Return all rented equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted).
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
  • Not attempt to bypass the Platform to book directly with ground owners discovered through Fan Pawa, for a period of 12 months after your first interaction through the Platform.

6. Fan Pawa's Responsibilities

Fan Pawa will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Ensure that ground listings on the Platform are accurate and up to date to the best of our knowledge.
  • Personally verify availability for every booking request before confirming.
  • Communicate confirmed pricing clearly before requesting payment.
  • Provide customer support for all booking-related enquiries during business hours.
  • Address complaints and disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fan Pawa acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for:

  • The condition, quality, safety, or suitability of any cricket ground (these are the responsibility of the ground owner).
  • Weather conditions that may affect your game or cause cancellation of outdoor sessions.
  • Personal injuries, accidents, or health issues sustained by any person during or in connection with play at any ground.
  • Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at any ground.
  • Equipment defects or failures beyond the scope of our pre-rental inspection.
  • Actions, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of ground owners, ground staff, equipment providers, or other users.
  • Loss of data, business, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fan Pawa's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fan Pawa website — including but not limited to text, design, layout, logos, icons, images, graphics, and source code — is the intellectual property of Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Account Termination

Fan Pawa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: you have violated these Terms, you have provided false or misleading information, you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or continued access would be detrimental to the Platform or other users.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@fanpawa.com to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website and/or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all ground bookings and equipment rentals made through Fan Pawa (fanpawa.com), operated by Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited. Because all bookings on Fan Pawa are manually confirmed by our team (not through an automated system), the cancellation and refund process is also handled personally — there are no automated deductions or confusing fine print. If you need to cancel or request a refund, you deal directly with a member of our team.

2. Cancellation by User — Ground Bookings

If you need to cancel a confirmed ground booking, the following refund terms apply based on how much notice you give before the booked start time:

  • Cancelled 24 or more hours before the booked time: Full refund — 100% of the amount paid will be returned to you.
  • Cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the booked time: Partial refund — 50% of the amount paid will be returned to you.
  • Cancelled less than 12 hours before the booked time: No refund.
  • No-show (failure to arrive at the ground without prior cancellation): No refund.

3. Cancellation by Ground Owner

If a ground owner cancels a confirmed booking for any reason (e.g., maintenance, double-booking on their end, personal reasons), the following applies:

  • You will receive a full 100% refund of the entire amount paid, regardless of when the cancellation happens.
  • Our team will immediately notify you and offer to help find an alternative ground in the same area for the same date and time, subject to availability.
  • If no suitable alternative is available and you do not wish to rebook, the full refund will be processed promptly.

4. Cancellation by Fan Pawa

In rare cases, Fan Pawa may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to safety concerns, policy violations, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Fan Pawa cancels your booking:

  • You will receive a full 100% refund of the entire amount paid.
  • Our team will explain the reason for cancellation and assist with rebooking if desired.

5. Equipment Rental Refunds

Refund terms for equipment rental charges:

  • Equipment not available at pickup: If rented equipment is not available at the ground as arranged, you will receive a full 100% refund of the equipment rental charges for the unavailable items.
  • Equipment defective at pickup: If any rented equipment is found to be damaged, defective, or unsafe at the time of pickup, contact our team immediately. We will arrange a replacement if possible, or provide a full refund for the affected item(s).
  • Equipment cancellation by user: If you no longer need the rented equipment after confirming a booking, contact our team at least 12 hours before the booking for a full refund of equipment charges. Cancellations less than 12 hours before are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our team:

  • The refund will be initiated within 2 business days of approval.
  • The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation when the refund is initiated, including a reference number for your records.

Total estimated time from refund request to receipt: 5–10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • No-show: You did not arrive at the ground and did not cancel in advance.
  • Late cancellation: You cancelled less than 12 hours before the booked time.
  • Rule violation: Your session was terminated early by the ground owner due to violation of ground rules (e.g., damage to property, disruptive behaviour, bringing unauthorised substances).
  • Damage or loss: You damaged or lost rented equipment — separate damage/loss charges may apply as communicated before your booking.
  • Weather (outdoor grounds): For outdoor grounds, rain or adverse weather does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the ground owner agrees to reschedule or refund. We recommend checking weather forecasts before booking outdoor grounds and discussing weather policies with our team during confirmation.

8. Booking Modifications (Date / Time Changes)

If you need to change the date or time of a confirmed booking (rather than cancel it), contact our team as early as possible. We will check with the ground owner whether your preferred new slot is available. If it is, we will modify the booking at no additional charge (unless the new slot has a different price). If your preferred new slot is not available, you can choose to keep the original booking or cancel it under the standard cancellation terms above.
